Islamabad to Kutton valley
It takes about 10 hours to cover a distance of 280 km from Islamabad to Kutton valley. The easiest route is to travel on E-75 (Murree Expressway) and then take S-2 (Kohala-Muzaffarabad Rd) from Kohala, it is about 170 km route.
Then from Muzaffarabad to Kutton you need to travel along with river Neelum about 100 km till Kundalshahi, and you will reach Kutton valley that is about 10 km from Kundal Shahi.
Kundal Shahi Waterfall
When you reach Kundal while traveling to Kuton valley (Jagran resort) on mighty and beautiful waterfall will welcome you with its noise and multi-colored water, named Kundal Shahi waterfall. Its immense beauty will force you to stop here and admire its natural scenic views.
This is the same place where a tragic accident took place on an unfortunate day of May 13, 2018, in which a large number of tourists gathered on the bridge built over this waterfall which caused the bridge to collapse and some tourists to lose their lives.
A child named Saim showed bravely and jumped into this Kundal Shahi waterfall to rescue tourists, while rescuing he also lost his life. The President of Pakistan awarded him Tamgha-e-Shuja'at for his bravery.
