Your path to go Mingore to Malam Jabba would be from Malam Jabba Green chowk to Fiza Ghat and take a road towards Manglor, there you will be traveling on Malam Jabba road.
Road conditions have become far better than before, which attracts people to visit Swat valley, Switzerland of Pakistan.
Mingora to Malam Jabba's distance is about 46 kilometers, which takes about 1.5 hours to reach by car. Or if you are coming straight from Islamabad so Malam Jabba's distance from Islamabad is about 290 kilometers.

Malam Jabba chair lift is the most beautiful and longest chairlift. It cost about 4 US $, or 600 PKR. You can enjoy some trekking as well on another side of the chairlift and have tea with snacks as well in a cloudy atmosphere.

Malam Jabba is very famous as it is an important place to visit for both the winter and summer seasons. Malam Jabba hosts very big international ski competitions every year which attracts people and players to visit Swat Malam Jabba.
Trekking Points.
Malam Jabba to Miandam
While traveling to Swat from Islamabad your next destination would be Miandam, from Malam Jabba is about 77 kilometers. It might take 2, 3 hours to reach Miandam. You should go back to Manglor and get N95 Highway, while traveling on this way you will see views, which will amaze you I can bet on it.
Once you reach Khuaza Khela, you will see two roads one will lead you to Bisham, Chillas, Gilgit, Hunza on your right. But you have to take your left on Kalam road by river Swat. By crossing Fateh Pur you will see a big chowk ahead, you have to take right towards Baab-e-Miandam if you want to go to Miandam. Or you can go straight to Bahrain, Kalam, and Madyan.

Miandam is about 8 to 10 kilometers away from here. It is a famous hill station nearing Swat and very rich in its healthy atmosphere, quiet and beautiful tourist places, and most importantly heaven on earth-like scenic views. You can see lush green scenes everywhere which will cool your eyes.

Once you reach Miandam I suggest you stay at PTDC Motel Miandam. It is very rich in its history and hospitability. It is one of the best motels in Miandam. You can enjoy immense beautiful scenic views from each and every window of its rooms. But of course, the choice is yours.

Miandam to Kalam is about 65 kilometers, might take 2 to 3 hours of driving. Miandam is a fully developed area you can find each and every necessity of life. It is a full coverage area with all cellular networks.
Once you reach Madyan bypass as you will see a bridge ahead you have to take right towards Bahrain Kalam.
You will enjoy your life as it would be one of the best travel in your life in terms of its scenic views. Road conditions are very comfortable now as compare to conditions of a few years ago.
A rocky solid mountain on your right and a river on your left with green hills in front of your windscreen will never let you forget this ride.

Islamabad to Swat distance can be covered in one go but only traveling will become reason of headache and you cant enjoy a lot. So you should divide your journey into parts and enjoy more and more visiting points of Swat Valley.
